Metal Fabrication & Welding

Alson Engineering offers fabrications of all shapes and sizes, varying from supplying one off beams to high strength mezzanine floors, our fabrications are always manufactured to the highest standards.

We are able to supply structural calculations together with detailed drawings.

As well as manufacturing the fabrications, our highly experienced team of steel erectors are available to get the job done as quickly and safely as possible.

Alson Engineering also provides a complete welding service.

Sheet metal, fabrication work and the making of security grilles, gates, security fencing and railings as well as balconies, metal balustrades, complicated guards and reinforced doors are just a few of the items that can all be manufactured in house.

We can also work on site, providing all the specialist equipment required to supply you with an outstanding welding service.

We weld mild steel, stainless, aluminium and titanium using MIG, TIG, ARC, Spot, Brazing, Soldering and OXY/ACET.

CNC Machining

Our combination of project management skills & manufacturing services means we develop clear client concepts and proposals into innovative, practical engineering designs and solutions.

Gear Box Refurbishment

At Alson Engineering  we are capable of refurbishing all types of Industrial Gearboxes either on-site or in our workshop. We offer a collection, delivery and installation service if required.

Our engineering workshop is equipped to offer a comprehensive Industrial Gearboxes and gearbox Reconditioning services. Our experienced, qualified staff give a high standard of workmanship by fitting only quality bearings and seals along with manufacturers spares. When a unit is obsolete and genuine spares are no longer available, we have access to manufacturers original drawings and can reproduce components to the correct specification required.
